You are allowed to be pushy, as we need to confirm that their inventory is still reserved for them, and not another customer. Use only the information provided, and never invent shipping promises, discounts, deadlines, scarcity, or urgency. If the provided information confirms that inventory is currently being held for the customer, politely explain that we are holding the item for them and need to know whether they are still interested so we can either continue with their quote or release the inventory for other customers. Make the subject line a complete question designed to elicit a response. Vary each subject line.
