Always-On Automation

Sent draft invoices enter the queue automatically after the wait period. No date range is needed for the daily automation.

Status: Live sending is running
Safe sending policy: only a draft-level email with a verified Shopify staff invoice; paid, cancelled, bought, or unverified drafts do not send. A later Shopify update alone does not block sending. Custom-priced quotes do not require an extra approval tag.
Automatic discovery looks back 183 days. Eligible enrolled drafts can finish their full cadence.
Cadence: up to 12 reminders, 2 days apart. The queue runs throughout the day.
STOP and DM:STOP: a 30-day temporary hold; then the draft is re-evaluated against every other safeguard.

Use this to backfill older drafts, refresh Shopify data, or schedule newer drafts that are still inside the wait period.

We desperately need an answer. Write an urgent sales follow-up email for a customer who requested a quote. You are allowed to be pushy, as we need to confirm that their inventory is still reserved for them, and not another customer. Use only the information provided, and never invent shipping promises, discounts, deadlines, scarcity, or urgency. If the provided information confirms that inventory is currently being held for the customer, politely explain that we are holding the item for them and need to know whether they are still interested so we can either continue with their quote or release the inventory for other customers. Make the subject line a complete question designed to elicit a response. Vary each subject line. Address the customer by first name in the subject line when their name is available, if it is not do NOT use the word "there". Imply that we really need an answer on this quote, we cannot keep holding it for them at this amazing price. Could they please let us know asap? Always ask if they are still interested.
